Program Overview

Laredo College offers the educational requirements set by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) to become a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent. Participants must complete 180 contact hours of instruction.

Courses offered include:

  • Real Estate I & II
  • Law of Agency
  • Law of Contracts
  • Promulgated Contracts
  • Real Estate Finance

Each course includes a final exam, which is proctored and must be passed with a minimum score of 70% to receive a certificate of completion.
